           PERSONAL TRAINING
 

Throughout my years of personal training/coaching, I have developed individualized workout programs that are aimed toward getting the best results for your fitness needs.  

 

I design 8-14 week programs to change the way your body looks and feels. Tone muscle and burn off unwanted fat.  I am an expert in the field of losing weight, building muscle, as well as lasting nutrition plans.  I keep you motivated and focused on your goal throughout the program.

 

There are different levels that each of us are at when it comes to muscle training and conditioning for weight loss, I make sure you are moving at the correct pace so that you get to your optimum healthy living goals.

           ATHLETE CONDITIONING & TRAINING

 

When it comes to athletes and being at the top of your game as well as having a peak level of performance, conditioning is essential.  Knowing what muscles and drills to focus on to enhance your natural abilities takes guidance by an expert.  Being an athlete myself I recognize the importance of practicing and conditioning to succeed against others and myself.  I take pride in teaching others these skills and helping them also reveal new potential levels within themselves.

 

Traning programs usually last between 6-8 weeks for minimum results.  There are different training programs based off of fitness levels, age, preference, and sport.

 
           BOXING

 

With UFC and Cage fighting being the new rage, boxing is becoming a sport of the pastThere are still many boxing coaches out there that are keeping the sport alive, and I am one of them.  Many teach you fighting preparation for the ring, I teach the basics of how to defend yourself both in the ring and just in life in general.

 

Boxing programs are very intense and require a high level of dedication and focus. 

 

I also offer Kids boxing programs, available for ages 9 and up.
